These rugs were putting mats for the Virginia Asphalt Association. We made the asphalt putting mats smooth. The concrete (their competition) had a joint out of higher carpet and we made it so they could take a section out (like real road construction!) and put the cones around it. The attendees then had to putt around the obstruction.
"The rugs and our booth were the hit of the VDOT Highway Conference! Everyone thought the rugs and putting contest were hysterical. It was a riot!! My counterparts are having a meeting in Texas next month and I have been requested to bring the rugs and pictures."
